Patients engage in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) over the internet, using a secure online therapy room and written conversation. Therapy is confidential and discreet, accessible from their computer, tablet or smartphone. Appointments are either 30 or 60 minutes long and can be scheduled for any time of the day, including evenings and weekends.
As our therapy is online and in written format, patients can review their meeting content and transcripts at any time during and after treatment.
